Host opened in September 2017 with a concise, curated menu. Everything on the menu is meant to be shared, from the small plates to the heartier grilled meats. The ingredients are excellent and seasonal, and the cooking is pared back, almost primal!
There is a strong Italian influence which includes handmade pastas and the wine list is a constantly changing selection from small, natural winemakers. The dining room is informal and relaxed, with high stools and bar seats as well as regular tables.
